Not too long ago, the ideal work space included a cubicle, a work desk, a rotating office chair, piles of files on the table, and perhaps, a photo frame of smiling family members. Haaa...we miss dem days. Today's work culture and environment has evolved. With the rise and rise of mobile technology and increasing internet penetration in Nigeria, workspaces are steadily transforming into a fusion of Work and Play experiences. With wifi connectivity and conducive environment, a manager can get things done from basically anywhere within the office premises.

Smart entrepreneurs, business owners of startup firms and small sized companies are tapping into this trend, by designing from scratch, a co-creation working space. As rental costs skyrocket in metropolitan cities, small businesses are faced with incurring additional costs to furnish and equip their offices which is no small feat in today's economic clime. Hence, the alternate approach is to move away from rigid work structures to providing more flexible spaces that are aligned with multiple teams coming together to co-work and co-create projects and tasks when they need to. They meet only when necessary and disband immediately after a project.
