The Future of Digital Publishing

DIGITAL PLATFORMS ARE HELPING US IN MORE WAYS THAN WE IMAGINED. TINK AFRICA WAS AT THE SOCIAL MEDIA WEEK 2017 AND BRINGS UPDATE ON 'THE FUTURE OF DIGITAL PUBLISHING' SESSION TO YOU.

Publishing  has gone beyond submitting your content to an agent to help you proof-read and publish. Those processes although helpful, have been cut down to the extent that the producer of the content can publish without the permission of any middle-man, all thanks to technology. These days, the content creator deals directly with the consumers.

For the fact that content is king and content marketing is the wave of the future, it is important that quality of content is first in mind because of information overload that exists. The ability of a content creator to produce content that stands out and relay intended message to the target consumer is pivotal.

In a panel of discussion session at the Social Media Week Lagos, 2017 gurus of digital publishing had a chat with hopefuls and the theme of the session was 'The Future of Digital Publishing- Break Through Storytelling' sponsored by Business Day Newspaper and FCMB. Here's how the session went.

This content was pushed only via Social Media and there was massive listenership and positive feedback and of course increased followers. This goes to show the power of the internet. Results helps you know who you’re selling to and helps you tweak your content to fit your audience.
